How Can You Discount?

Because we are an AVG Authorised Reseller we get all of the AVG products at discounted prices. We simply pass these savings onto you, the customer.

Is the Software Legal?

Absolutely! We buy the software direct from AVG, and the serial numbers we give you will need to be registered with AVG to confirm them. This is completely above board, and 100% legal.

What About Technical Support?

Every AVG product you buy comes with technical support included. Buying off this website is no exception!

How Will My Software Arrive?

In most cases, we will e-mail you the details of the licence key, an invoice, and a location to download the software from - this means that you don't have to wait for a CD to arrive in the post and it keeps the costs down too.
However, if you want a CD, then simply select this option at the checkout. It costs a bit more, but we will post your CD to you.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

We process orders Monday - Friday 9-5pm. In most cases, if you order during those times you will get an e-mail through with your key and a link to download the software from in about an hour. If you order in the evenings or over the weekend then we will process your orders first thing in the morning.

If you have also requested a CD - this will be sent via the Royal Mail an will take between 5-7days to be delivered (most are delivered within 3 days)
